    Superficial was the word that came to mind as I read this as well. Under the word salad, there's very little depth.

    But the theme of his story is why I can still enjoy Bruce Springsteen's music.

    no one would bang her, so now she’s bitter her knight chose another… allegedly
    and by all means take the word of a (then) 15 year old groupie’s claim… i mean, no way anyone would ever claim something to make something of themselves that no one could (now) corroborate, right?

    so we're burying mom on the 23rd and i'm going to take my sister to see the Cure that night and my best friend on the 24th at Hollywood bowl
    the band is reaching way back for some of the most emotional madness ever created and its such a perfect way
    mom used to say Robert seemed like he meant it

    played this on the 24th another legend song off the kiss me lp
    was so high and numb i don't much remember the 23rd
    people were coming up to me and loving my clothes and i was like i didn't change after burying mom today
    cure fans are the best and i never hugged so many people i never met
