saw Murphy on the Deep tour and he was amazing
the way he moved and played w the light on that tour was worth the ticket
this is the only video i found w images from that time
it was like a Boris Karloff snake contorting and sliding in and out of the lights
really wish there was footage cause the theatrics were dynamic

    Most stars are raging assholes.
    In hollywood everyone loves assholes.
That's why they feel entitled to shit on the little people.
The dwarves, blacks, fanatics, servants, workers, thralls, drones, retinue, etc... However folks like to write about them.

    And heroes gyrate.
Like a piece of meat at a turkish taco stand serving trojan horse carnitas al pastor.
The hero turns and flips tables.
And once the tables are turned the landlubbers don't know which way is true north.
    They don't use the brujala!
And as the world turns a whole lot gonna fall off the edge.
Because the world does turn on a dime.
So dime what you want what you really really want.
    Dime.

Love that song. Love Townes Van Sant's version of the song. Surprisingly, I have not heard the Rolling Stones version of the song.

It's a great cover they did during the Mick Taylor era.

    Thanks for the link.

It’s funny but I also like the Flying Burrito Brothers version of Wild Horses too. Technically released before the RS version I believe.
