    I think there might be an issue with an old cron entry from either a theme or an app that we have uninstalled in the past.
    I see some errors related to that in the log. And when I follow the error a little bit I remember seeing it happening on an image or directory with images or something like that.
    I need to go look at it when I hget home.

    Just tried to post the URLto embed a Facebook picture and got an error message.

    The following error occurred:
    Forbidden
    You don't have permission to access /index.php on this server.

    ....and when I tried to insert the image the other way I got the icon.

    FWIW. I randomly get this message while doing regular (non-pic) posts from my phone, as well.
