    So if Roberts keeps hitting Betts leadoff, the numbers better be stratospheric. I'd love to be wrong but I think Trea is the sort who'd harbor this decision as a snub of sorts.

    Who knows? But effing about when a guy has been on fire like TT .... it's not smart. But then.... we're talking Roberts after all ....

    You're right, but the difference is in power. In 66 fewer ABs, Mookie has hit 6 more HRs. I'd just like to see that happen with runners on more.

    Blake Treinen threw off a mound yesterday — 30 pitches, Dave Roberts said. “It was pretty dang good,” Roberts said. No timetable on his return yet

    Chris Taylor's CT scan revealed a fracture in his left foot. Will likely go on the IL tomorrow.
