let's have some fun and talk about insights and observations
i'm currently somewhat AI obsessed like most everyone in the market but like banks and energy as well
have always been somewhat superstitious about discussing my opinions and picks
then i started posting on a different site and found myself really enjoying it
even if it's just for research purposes i liked the sharing of stocks not on my radar
remember someone who fails 70% of the time makes the HOF so let's go!

definitely could be the case
lots of retail suffering and closing
most malls and retail areas (like State st SB) have major retail spaces completely closed down
not sure yet how much of that is due to the suffocating policies of CA
my recent visit to VA most spaces were at least occupied but not exactly burgeoning
my heart goes out to anyone trying to make it as a business owner especially in retail
so far owning a school has been fairly straight forward but my ex makes it that way
own absolutely zero retail stocks outside of AMZN

Totally get that ... my cousin lost his license five years ago for a similar, friendly Facebook post ... horseshit if you ask me but it happens. The regulatory guys have about as much humor in them as a fuckin orca.
