@CSNBaggs: AP telling us the Dodgers' equipment truck just broke down on the 101. After they were shut out in three games. Seriously.
Born under a lucky star, then. Unlike the team you support. I know we suck, but the bad luck is working overtime. I wish i knew how the Giants had their good stuff going; because they sure do. I think the fans help. No beachballs, lots going on, fun in the stands, excitement. 122 sell-outs in a row. That's major league, lets face it. Did you know we are record breakers today, Devil?
We'd sell out every single game if our seating capacity was in the 40,000's too. "Consecutive sellouts" are overrated. We would've had a streak in the 1000's if we had their seating capacity and our former owner didn't suck.
The record is for three game shutouts in a row, something that hasn't been done since the 1937 Brooklyn Dodgers. Actually we tied it. And of course let the Giants in. I woudn't be surprised if it continues.
Mattingly just said, "fuck it, what's another shutout?" Wow, I never really say much about lineups but this isn't even necessarily where everyone slotted, Mattingly doesn't have many options... I will just enjoy it for what it is, hard to expect much nothing anyone can do not Ned, not Don, not Vin Scully... Injuries have murdered this team
all i can do is laugh it will be a journey to see if we could score with this lineup. what shitty luck
