    Pivotal point in the game, Forsythe did all he had to do there to tie it, battled to 3-2 and lifted a good pitch far enough to score the man @ 3B
    After watching a LAD team that sucked for years concerning scoring guys from 3B with less than 2 outs, I definitely appreciate Forsythe getting the little things done there and just making solid enough contact
    If he keeps doing these types of things he'll be worth keeping in this particular lineup

    the '74 team was really good
    and the '77/78 teams were loaded
    but there's something special about this team
    but anything less than a ws appearance would be a monumental fail

    I was born in 78, so I missed out on the teams of the 70's. Was too young for the '81 WS too.
