Huh? Opening Day is 2 days after the preseason games with the Angels. So it will be ready by Opening Day?

So the ceiling is the most wins ever in a MLB season?

I could definitely see that as a possibility in a best case scenario. In the rare case that literally everything goes right, this team should dominate.

Yadier Alvarez cleared waivers and will remain with the club, but was sent back to MiLB camp.

MLB told Dodgers not to worry about Betts amid Red Sox investigation
by Justin Leger | NBC Sports Boston — 1 March 2020

Even if the Boston Red Sox are penalized as a result of MLB's sign-stealing investigation, it looks like Mookie Betts will be in the clear.

Before trading for Betts last month, the Los Angeles Dodgers were assured by the league there was nothing to be concerned about when it comes to their new superstar outfielder, according to Joel Sherman of The New York Post.

"I know with our front office, we do a lot of our due diligence before we make a deal," Dodgers manager Dave Roberts said, per Sherman. "We have no questions or any concerns, none at all."

If Betts indeed is exonerated, then we probably can expect the same for other players from the 2018 World Series champion Red Sox.

Any punishment that comes Boston's way is expected to be light. Multiple players from the '18 team, including J.D. Martinez, Andrew Benintendi, and Ian Kinsler, have been adamant about their innocence.

As for when to expect a resolution to MLB's investigation, that remains unclear. Last week, it was reported the result could come in early March. Sherman noted MLB isn't expected to announce its findings this week, but it likely will before the regular season gets underway March 26.

I know this isn’t the right thread, but speaking of having to speed up construction, SoFi Stadium has to be ready by this July, and it doesn’t even look close to being completed.

I've not heard the back story as to why he couldn't go but I'd wager the Dodgers threw him under the bus by quickly DFA'ing him as a way to make it look disciplinary, and subsequently sneak him through.
