I would've thought having a playoff team and a new stadium on the way would've been good enough, but they do look to be a better team defensively on paper at least. That staff is truly going to have their work cut out for them, though, if that ass Beckham joins their haul.

So..somebody in Beckham's camp has let it leak that Beckham has told players on the Rams that he wants to play with them. Usually, letting that leak would be dumb AF, but in Beckham's case, where there's not going to be a ton of teams lining up to 1) trade for him and 2) pay him big thereafter, it seems like a measured risk to let that cat out of the bag. But all NYG needs is for 1 AFC team, who doesn't mind the risk, to ante up and they can keep Beckham out of the NFC, at least. Being reported, unsurprisingly, that NYG prefers to send Beckham to the AFC.
