    It's weak. It's too early for most Mlb guys and those not here ( for the most part) aren't all that good.

    This is my biggest problem with this thing. It's not a true all star tournament when the pitchers aren't close to ready. Shit, Venditte piped 4 straight pitches right down the middle.

    My other problem right now is someone has a very loud/annoying car alarm at this Mexico game.

    Italy scored 5 runs in the bottom of the 9th without making an out to win 10-9. Verdugo dropped a line drive, had it in his glove, but it popped out when he hit the ground. Would have been a GREAT catch had he held on and it've been nice to see the subsequent throw home or to 3rd. He ended up going 3-5 all singles.

    What's the actual rule on the team you can play for? Whatever your ethnic heritage is? I mean, probably most of the Dominican players were most likely born in the DR, but was Joc Peterson born in Isreal ( I thought he was Swedish or Scandanavian, lol)...They said he was an eyelash away from playing for Isreal.
    So if you're of mixed heritage then, you choose whatever one you like?

    Its way more liberal than even that.
    You can pretty much just open a PO BOX in another country and be eligible for its WBC team.
    Its about as easy as starting a delaware corporation when you have never been to delaware.
