a box? a game? its the straight truth of where we are atm at least thats the way i see it but who cares what the white devil thinks? there is always a bit of truth and humor in stereotypes for most of us i went to a mencia show when he was hot and sat in the front row as he tore me up he shook my hand after the show and said thanks for playing, it was hilarious its gotta go both ways and you know whites and mexicans love giving each other shit same dynamic is not there w the majority of blacks because its an industry to act offended but that does not apply to statements like the one ball made if he says it in humor thats one thing but this was said by an ugly racist i really wish we were all on the same page and i think most of us are
None of us can truly know what's inside of his mind. But I don't think he was trying to be an ugly racist. I think he was just doing the same thing he's been doing for the last few months, trying to say outlandish things that keep him in the media spotlight. It's probably something he jokes about all the time with his buddies. Just like most of us joke about stuff with our friends that we probably wouldn't say at work or in a public setting. But this time he hit a tripwire and got himself in a place where some people can't laugh at it. Or maybe not. Who knows.
Close. If nothing else Ball has always been a not-quite-good-enough athlete himself. He KNOWS he needs to push his boys to be great to succeed where he couldn't. He has pushed them by all accounts. He KNOWS they need promoted. He does it. He's a full media whore if a camera or mic is within earshot. So? Don't deny that element of yourself that IS racist. Think about YOUR place. I've had this convo with Diablo and he's not wrong. About Ball or in general. I've also listened to this Ball loudmouth for years as the boys were local stars. He is full racist in the sense that he, like many blacks, runs a full "I'm tread upon because I'm black" offensive agenda. Using racism as an agenda to gain edge is also bullshit. Agreeing again... so? Balls having a field day in the media for AT LEAST the next decade. Again so? It won't be the last time he'll say something racist. He'll go through his 15 minutes of shame and mouth off again at the draft Just like ALL of us think and say racist thoughts pro/neutral/negative at some point amongst our closest friends and family, we're not usually pushing a racist agenda merely displaying our own biases. My Pollock father in law is FULL unapologetic racist Fox infuser. My closest black friend is not. Ball is a racist and will show us again. Soon. Oh and nah Rube you've said many racial statements but you don't come off as racist any more than Diablo or I. Irish? well...
Fuck that nancy pancy bull shit. I am a racist. I am also a hypocrite. A liar. A laugher. And a midday toker. But dont worry, im your friendly neighborhood sinner. "Porque Tan Serio?" BTW, i think Ball is doing awesome for his kids. You say he doing them wrong, but dont you worry. If I had kids like that I would make an ass of myself every moment I can if it helps their cause. And these kids are there in large part because of their dad.
DLo definitely doesn't want it. And Ennis has been playing pretty well, much to our chagrin. TWolves were 4pts from having only 4 of their players score in that game. Towns/Wiggins/Dieng/Muhammad almost literally scored all of the TWolves' points..unbelievably bad
Au contraire poster of rubric I merely outlined that Ball is a racist loudmouth (he is) I distinctly pointed out that he's doing it for his kids (somewhat admirably) I have little doubt that many of us would behave in a similar though perhaps more restrained manner if they were our kids Most parents if they think that their kid is getting overlooked will be happy to bring in the light of day however they can Myself included
Still a solid chance that the Pacers miss the playoffs Heat have to beat the Wizards, who are resting Wall and others w/their seed locked up Pacers have to beat the Hawks, who are still playing their guys, but Hawks also play the Pacers on the 2nd night of a back to back
Lakers win 4 in a row once assured that they cannot lose their lottery pick. It could be 5 to end the year. Imagine that. Imagine that they just 'might' have been faking all year until now just for that tank. Naaaaaah
Nah. They're assured of nada until draft lottery day. Last night was the 5th win in a row..@Warriors tonight looking for 6 in the season finale
BI just posterizing people left and right now. Almost as impressive is his weaving through traffic in the PNR game beforehand
We really only need one more good draft pick to add to this group of kids and get this shit to gel. George would be great to add, as if that could ever happen... but its not going to... I know Laker's magic and all that, But. But I kind of like what we've got brewing right now Randle is a tank that just needs more focus Mozgov is a truck but can he motor with the kids? Clarkson and Nance are solid contributors Even Young has shown better focus, adding D with double digits Brandon needs to be fed, the ball and a steak. with potatos. and gravy. and desert. Zubac I haven't seen too much from yet but he's 7' with moves also needs a sammich DeLo needs focus, patience and some a helluva alot of improvement on D the Lakers elders are mostly toast MWP proves rosters always have room Deng playing is only impeding the youngsters growth Brewer is old but worth another year or two.. maybe I don't know why Calderon and Huertas even get minutes I'm trying to decide who are in my top 3 draft choices Just in case
Smh x 2 http://www.silverscreenandroll.com/...op-jim-from-trading-for-paul-millsap-jim-buss http://www.silverscreenandroll.com/...lakers-jim-buss-jeanie-buss-family-court-coup
I think one of the things this late season winning streak shows is Young should just go. Yeah, he's proven he can be a solid contributor on both ends, but he should opt out of his contract and go elsewhere, LAL doesn't need him. Wouldn't mind Mozgov backing up Zubac next year, but Black is also capable. Brewer is OK with me, same for Nwaba..at the very least the kind of defensive oriented athletes you want working against the youngsters in practice whenever possible. But yeah, Zubac lost 20+lbs this year..they took his sammiches away, he can only dream of sammiches now...
Mike Trudell✔@LakersReporter MWP told them he still wants to play, and will likely pursue that somewhere, but when he’s done playing, the Lakers want him around. Lindsey Thiry✔@LindseyThiry Pelinka and Walton have made it very clear: Metta World Peace always will have a role with the Lakers when he is done playing. 6:06 PM - 13 Apr 2017
