The war is on Woj just now: Davis has given Demps a list of teams he'd sign long term with, Boston still not one of them Stein a few hours ago: It's a one horse race. Lakers.
Not lost on me: how Woj dropped this report right before his little show on ESPN. Now he has something new to yap about. Still being used by the Pels, but he's earning his Woj bomb in another day or two TBT, he'll probably be pissed if the Pels don't trade AD and he misses out on that Woj bomb
Ok, didn't have context on Mirotic....thank you sir. I didn't trade Kuz cuz id rather the team not decimate the team completely.....I know its gona happen but would like to keep at least one of the youngins. To take back a salary Ingram has to go in the trade. If the Lakers are not taking back any salary and only AD then Kuz can go in any trade, Rondo/Ball/Beasley/Kuz/Zubac. However if what you posted is true and AD is saying he wants to be traded to the Lakers exclusively.....then the price may come down, say Rondo/Beasley/Stevenson/Kuzma/Hart/Zubac/pair of 1st's
You didn't trade Zo in that proposal from earlier either. That was the first of probably more than 100 proposals I've seen from fans that had no Zo or Kuz in it. Lol Who do the Pels have @ GM? Kelly Bundy?
Well if the price is coming down who knows what the price will be, but to answer your question, one of Ingram/Kuz/Ball were in each of my trade proposals......i am not a fan of letting 2 of those guys go in any trade....IMO its like bidding against themselves.
The Milwaukee Bucks are one of the teams on Davis' new extended list, league sources tell ESPN. Milwaukee hasn't inquired about a Davis trade, sources say, and its roster composition does make the pathway to a trade extremely difficult.
Nope. Price is not coming down. On the contrary. Bucks can unload lots of talent for AD. BTW Mirotic over Kuz for the next couple of years easily. You can stick Mirotic at center and not die.
Adrian WojnarowskiVerified account@wojespn 35m35 minutes ago The Lakers have offered a new package to New Orleans that includes multiple young players, multiple draft picks and Pelicans salary cap relief for Anthony Davis, league sources tell ESPN. The offer appears to move closer to the objectives that the Pelicans are pursuing in a deal. Adrian WojnarowskiVerified account@wojespn 35m35 minutes ago Lakers president Magic Johnson and Pelicans GM Dell Demps have had multiple conversations today, league sources tell ESPN. There's no sense how much progress sides have made progress toward a possible trade, but the Lakers have absolutely gotten more serious in the discussions.
Probably why NO sent all of Pelinka's calls to voicemail, and only agreed to talk to Magic.. Fletcher MackelVerified account@FletcherWDSU FWIW Lakers GM Rob Pelinka & NOLA NBA leaders don’t have a great track record. In 2012, Pelinka (then NBA agent) and client Eric Gordon broke unwritten rule of RFA. They publicly lobbied to get EG outta NOLA to PHX. They embarrassed NOLA then. I’m told, “won’t happen again.”
I am curious about the Ball rumor. I don't want ball traded but I would be curious what Laker MGT could get for Ball if they traded him to PHX? Any chance they could get the PHX pic for Ball and the lakers pic????
Jesus Christ. Lakers are reportedly willing to take Solomon Hill's contract. They must be confident that they can attach an asset or two to his contract in the summer and get him off the books
Per Turner: Magic and Demps talked twice today The deal as it stands.. Zo, Kuz, BI, Rondo, Lance, Beasley, two 1st rd picks for AD and Solomon Hill
It sounds like MGT is going all out to get AD......i would rather the trade be Zo/ZU/Ingram/Rondo/Lance/Beasley and MGT keep Kuz.
