Three and two of the three were administered by a doc who makes you bring a gallon of that fucking bilge water.

I'd go with with Warren Zevon.

    its nothing really
i had the endoscopy done at the same time and the waiting to be wheeled in was the worst part
other than drinking that swill all night the night before
seemed like it took seconds and i woke up w a head full of drugs and went home and slept
no discomfort at all and as far as music goes...

My wife and I opted for his and hers colonoscopies. We were both due and figured if one of us was going to be up all night constantly running to the toilet, might as well be both of us. So we said our I Love Yous and drank the swill together, very romantic moment if you ask me. Key is you HAVE to have two toilets nearby. Then one last moment together each on our own gurney as they rolled us down the hall. Next thing I know I'm waking up and it was over.

We've already circled the date on the calendar for the next one. The couple that squirts together stays together.

I was in the waiting room waiting for wife's results. Doctor comes out and says in his heavy Indian accent, "your wife has a lovely colon." I told him "tell me something I don't know, doc."

Currently traveling in Greece and struggling with significant shoulder pain. I don't know, probably either bursitis or tendonitis. I've allowed it to progress to the level where the pain is just constant and only yesterday ramped up the ibuprofen to max dosage and frequency. Maybe it's sympathy pain for Kershaw, lol. Wish I had his orthopedic doctor or for that matter, anyone who could give me a cortisone. You just don't realize how much a problematic major joint affects your daily life until you experience it.

interesting how many folks have visited Greece this year!
    what islands are you seeing?
i have bouts here and there w joint stuff and really believe in acupuncture as a go to when it gets chronic like that
btw i'm guessing you're going back through London and codeine w ibuprofen is otc there so i imagine you might find that in Greece...

Thanks for the tip. First Crete and now a smaller island, Zante. Been to both multiple times as they're where my parents were born. Went to a pharmacy yesterday and they only had the standard stuff but I'll keep my eyes open. Going back through Amsterdam and will actually spend a few days there so maybe I can find it there.

yeah i always grab a couple of boxes of those along w the chocolate!
did Santorini and Naxos w Athens in May and seems like everyone i know has done a version this year
what an incredible place to visit and should i return i know i will absolutely find some of the smaller islands
those ferries are a trip especially on deck lol
don't think i looked for anything in the way of medicine there but surely Amsterdam will have something a bit stronger
if you haven't tried acupuncture its worth it and save that a good Thai masseuse will do wonders if you can handle the pain
good luck bro that kind of pain is no fun when you're trying to get around

Try and do something about it now, dude. Because when you get up there, like I am, no matter how " in shape" you might be, joint problems change your life and outlook on it...
Take it from someone whose got titanium here and there in various parts of the body.
    Sincerely,
    Mr. Roboto
