    2B: Dozier
    SS: Machado
    RF: Puig
    DH: Muncy
    C : Grandal
    3B: Turner
    LF: Kemp
    CF: Joc
    1B: Bellinger

Bench: Kike, Utley, Taylor, Verdugo, Smith

That is a pretty strong offensive team.
Dozier, Machado, and Puig all have wheels and are good to have at the top of the order.
Muncy and Grandal are power hitters with flair.
Turner and Kemp are pro's pros who will do the right thing at the plate.
Joc and Bellinger can swing for the heavens or try to get walks.
Dave just needs to take advantage of some speed.
Vs lefties you sub in Kike and Taylor who bring in more speed.

I also really don't like or trust Belli at this point. He needs a head check and a reset before putting him anywhere in the order.

Joc simply cannot get ABs against lefties. Never.

Muncy and Taylor are candidates to lose some starts when JT is activated tomorrow. They'll still get plenty of playing time but they're not automatically penciled into the starting lineup anymore, imo.

    SS Machado
    2B Dozier
    3B Turner
    1B Bellinger/Muncy (battle)
    C Grandal

    That's your infield.

    LF Kemp
    CF Pederson
    RF Puig

That's your outfield and I think Verdugo should be the next guy in line for a starting job, should one of those guys go down.

Taylor goes back to super utility, spelling guys who need rest. Enrique...idk... He's a much better infielder than Taylor, although less of a complete hitter...he has an 86 OPS+, .290 OBP, .214 BA, and a .430 SLG. And he is not mashing lefties like he's supposed to. That makes him less of an obvious platoon with Joc.

Really think Verdugo should be higher on the depth chart than Kike or Taylor for a full-time role if an outfielder gets injured. K:BB damn good, makes contact and has shown an increase in power. Fits the lineup better than Taylor if it comes to that.

Yesterday, Dozier had 3 hits including 2 extra base hits.

All season, Logan had only two games where he got 3 hits and only 2 games where he got 2 extra base hits, with the last 2 extra base hits game coming in mid June

So you're thinking Dozier's an improvement?

That 16 inning Phillies game still annoys me because if we had won that our second half would look good

I hope they play like they have to win tonight because if they lose, they'll only have the season series advantage over one potential playoff opponent (Atlanta).

    dozier:
“For me, the lineup is so deep, which is really cool for me to see. You got guys that can rake in front of you and behind you. There’s not really a letdown anywhere one through nine, so that’s cool to see and I had a lot of fun tonight.”

    what he really thought...
“Wow, how are these idiots tied for first place? Damn... way more Orientals, Chicanos and Coloreds here than in Minnesota...”

With the D-Bags playing the Gnats for 4 games where the Gnats are really bad on the road, and we have the Brewers and then a tough 3 game set followed by two against the A’s, then 4 against the Rockies, this stretch may make or break our season.

In that same stretch, the D-Bags play the Gnats, Philly, Reds, Texas and the Madres. Philly is arguably their toughest competition, the rest suck.

    It’s definitely nervous time.
