    I was at an Orioles/Yankees game last year watching BP, Swisher hit a line drive homer and my friend reached up to grab it and it hit his arm and he started bleeding haha. It was hilarious.

    ouch. i ducked out of the way of a berkman laser on the third base side a year after my failed catch. it was curving in straight for me and i leaned right with a beer in my left hand. hit an old guy keeping score right in the cheek and he had blood coming out of his ear.

    Wow. The only ball I've ever caught was in BP in the 2000 Subway World Series, Bubba Trammell. I've picked a few balls off the ground, but that was the only one I've caught with a glove.

    In all the games I've been to at DS I've never got one. I usually sit in the Reserve seats up behind home plate - so, not too many fouls up there. (Not the top deck - though I used to sit up there behind the rail in the Fernando days).
