1000 more deaths in LA since this post. And LA has it more contained than most cities.

Anybody comfortable with this "lockdown" is comfortable with fascism. I'll take freedom and death every damn day over this shit

Nobody is getting cited for paddle boarding or sitting in their car. What are you talking about?

Which type of businesses are not deemed essential that you don’t agree with? Which ones are deemed essential that you don’t agree with?

Government has to do this cause nightclubs and gyms would still be open for business spreading the rona.

But it’s you potentially killing somebody else. You are impacting others’ freedom.

Tobacco kills 500k a year. I am not for banning tobacco cause it’s a personal choice. You want to kill yourselves, fine with me.

Priceless considering you believe whatever President Cheeto tells you.

Swine flu killed 13k Americans in 2009 during the world pandemic. 60k US deaths in one month.

lol this situation only shows the hypocrisy of the pro life crowd .

60k dead and climbing in 4 weeks and the conservative crowd -“ Oh no! My economy! Open now!”

Don’t try to spin that crap on libs.

    I like this analogy.
If you smoke your second hand smoke is supposedly more damaging.
So you will be injuring others.
Potentially killing them like you say.
We all seen the anti smoking ads.

You should self quarantine your smoking to not infect others.
    Specially if you are indoors.
    Cig smoke bothers me.
If I'm walking somewhere and someone is smoking I try to move away from the smoke.
Some people dont react to the smoke so they stay near it without a problem.
I don't like it and can only tolerate it for so long before I have to move away.

Likewise if the specter of corona is a worry for me then I would self quarantine.
And only go out with all the precautionary gear.
I know that there is no way I can control the actions of others. Only my own.
And that I can't rely on gov enforcement to provide a corona free environment regardless of quarantines.
Because half measures only make a bad situation into a breeding ground of new emergencies.
Folks get a false sense of security from the government here to help them.
    And don't take personal responsibility.

Half of the cases and deaths are from that triangle of cities that supply NYC with commuters.
A full measure would have been a complete lockdown of that region.
Close the bridges. Escape from NY style.
That would have sent a message to the rest of the country.

There has not been any new science on masks.
Masks were not recommended because they create a false sense of safety and people become careless.
Nurses used to only wear them when a person was opened up in surgery and you as the nurse want to help ensure anything u may be carrying does not get into exposed flesh and blood.
The malpractice insurance demand you take those precautions if you don't want your rates to rise.
Other than that if a disease is that virulent where folks who aren't opened up in surgery are at risk then they need to be wearing hazmat suits. Like ebola.

Now here's the rub and the problem with doing exactly as the gov or media says...
They know more than you and decide what and how to share it.
They have many other priorities that are way higher than your health.
The Nobel winning french scientist who isolated the HIV retrovirus is saying that covid19 looks like a designer virus.
That it's quickly mutating because of its unnatural origins. He believes there are HIV proteins in the covid that have made it be so virulent. And that it was an attempt by Wuhan to create an AIDS vaccine using corona. That obviously backfired.
Dr. Fauci looks to have been somehow involved in the Wuhan lab a few years ago. Probably just allocated the money that funded the research.
There are reports that what we have is an airborne AIDS virus that starts off in your throat then lungs and ends up affecting your brain. That is the claim from the family of the doctor who committed suicide. That it attacked her brain and warped her mind.

But if that was the cause then you need a full lockdown.
Even the hasids would understand at that point.
And bleaching agents like hydrogen peroxide stop being a joke.
Peroxide has a long history in alternative medicine for cancer.
Sure we laugh but it's a treatment done all over the world.
I had gangrene under my patella once and they injected bottles of peroxide to save my leg.
Light therapy is also being used to fight disease. And that is not homeopathic hippy shit. It's by high tech firms lead by top scientists in the field.
It is not even hard to understand how sticking a small light down your trachea to blast your lungs with powerful light therapy can kill pathogens.

It's incongruent to believe this is such an extraordinary pandemic and then ridicule the extraordinary solutions that exist outside of the mainstream bubble.

    Turpentine.
It used to be a big health medication.
    Like cocaine.
Now cocaine is banned for use.
Only Coca-Cola can get it for their secret recipe that other cola makers will never quite copy without that access the US gov allows.

    Turpentine is the same.
There is a reason why Vicks vapor rub will never lose market share.
It's the only allowable use of turpentine for otc medicine.
And why so many people swear by it as a miracle cure all for the poor.
They don't know that the gov grandfathered its turpentine allowance.
Because officially turp is banned and no health products are allowed to use it.
It's not listed in the disclosure of active ingredients that every bottle has.

Yet folks that swear by vicks know it works from word of mouth and experience.
And that is how faith is built.
By simpletons that aren't so sophisticated that they only follow the words of their sophists leaders and scoff at the reasoning of the vulgar man.

    1) got arrested for not following orders

    2) they were not in their cars

First case reminds me of the Karen who refused to leave the park after cops told her it was closed. She was being hysterical and dared cops to arrest her. They did.

people are not getting cited or arrested for trying to sneak a fast one. They are getting it for being belligerent.

I have no problem agreeing with you about folks doing shit just to test the cops.
    That is asking for it.
The park was open just not the playground.
It is not a fine line between between defending your rights and being an activist.
She was there to be an activist.
I have not seen the while video mind you.
But I can imagine. Most of these issues will be just people pushing the envelope because they want a confrontation.
And that is not helping anyone.

Now if it wasn't a Karen and it was a 14 year old black kid it would have really been a story.
Buy that's because the black kid would have been on the ground getting punched by the cop.
Karens have privileges in our society.

    Yes it was long.
But maybe too hard for you?
    You prefer short and soft?

Truth us that you either could not form one small argument in response.
Or you could not be bothered.
I listened to your points and gave you a dignified response.
You answer with an ad hominem.
If you are just here to jerk on chains I'll give it to you bigger longer and uncut.

You literally defended Trump’s UV light treatment by citing a procedure that stuffs a flashlight down somebody throat.

I am not gonna bother with that nonsense. You can ignore me if you want.

see this is what I am talking about.

“What if it was a black kid?” Just is not relevant to anything what we talking about.

It is as relevant as your observation of her being a typical Karen.
I juxtaposed it with the news of a cop beating a kid because of someone calling the manager when she saw a black man handing something to a black kid and fearing that the kid was being given weed which might hurt the boy.
Someone was trying to harm the kid so the cop beat the shit out of the kid so the kid would be safe from the adult who was trying to sell him weed.
On the other spectrum you have this cop who was asked if he would always do what he was told and enforce all ordinances regardless of his own personal convictions. That as a cop his personal ideals go out the window as soon as he puts on the uniform.

Now this was a short post. Should not have been hard for you to find something to talk about.
You just focused on the Karen bit at the end to dismiss what came behind it.
