Carr stepped up into the pocket last week, but the Skins were making moves inside. Miller and Ray are coming around the outside most times..with familiarity, Carr should be well aware, step up and get the ball out quick similar to the game in Mexico City when HOU had Clowney and Merciless heating up the edge. That's when they do throw it..again, RAIDERS need to lean on the running game, RBs and TEs and I think they'll move the ball just enough.
