Don't know if it is positioning or worst jump in MLB history or what, but that was a flyball down the line, and should be caught every time
Scoring 1 run isn't gonna win you much but again, the stubbornness with Hatcher/Jimmy is weird. And I personally think Hatcher has good enough peripherals to signal he could turn it around and that Jimmy could also, but for now, but them in lower leverage situations. Have plenty of other options
We traded for a dog named Mike Morgan back in the day. We had an offense that scored tons of runs, two great starters and he pitched tons of innings.
Yup, as soon as I see Chris "Brian Wilson" Hatcher walk in, you know the other team's scoring. No matter how, this over-rated scrub will find a way to give up runs. And Libatore should have been out of the inning. Too bad SVS sucks elelphant cock lately. The ball might have been caught with another LF out there. Guerrero is such a cement block. Even made no attempt at catching the first single last night off Kershaw, and the guy had a no-no going. Some things never really change. It's true, his first step flat out sucks. Like Hatcher. Goddamn shame about Greinke again...unreal how we suck for him.
AJ Ellis should never swing when there is a 3-1 count. Guy would probably ground out in slow pitch softball.
Would have used Van Slyke to PH tbh....oh well. Can't win them all, but Hatcher should be demoted to Single A
