Actually he could have left Avilan in instead of ALWAYS doing the matchup game with the bull pen IMHO. Right now I would take Avilan over this version of JP Howell.
When the Dodgers were beating up on bad teams and losing to teams above .500, people were very angry about that but now the opposite shows they suck too? They've done well lately, if it continues then allright yeah. Still feel as if the Giants are the ones that should be extremely frustrated that they didn't pick up a game on a day the Dodgers lost a frustrating game. The pressure is on them, and today, the Dodgers magic number was lowered A frustrating game that adds to the skepticism of Latos and the bullpen but at the end of the day it was good to see Seager and the offense do what it does, the Giants lost, and hopefully they bounce back and win a couple games this weekend. Also hoping for Bolsinger to kick ass and take over Latos spot

Jim Johnson gave up 2 home runs in 48 innings with the Braves this year, so you'd think hey this dude doesn't give up home runs, nice! He gave up his 3rd home run today with the Dodgers in his limited 10+ innings
