That picture was from September 16, 2007 and it was authentic but can you honestly say you put your hand over your heart during the anthem? I know I don't ever put my hand over my heart during the National Anthem. Protocol usually calls for hands over your heart for the pledge of allegiance not the anthem which didn't happen in this picture.

 

Honestly, I do...but then again, my dad never told me in Swahili to "cup your sack with both hands during anthems, unless it is the Kenyan anthem".

But for a guy who incessantly leaps to his defense ( which is fine if you need to, obviously), I wonder if you can bring yourself to perhaps explain the pointed omission of using "Islamic terrorists" to describe the murderers that slaughter innocents all over the world? I guess there is a reason...but I don't get it it. Might as well ask a guy who finds no fault in him....

He's not a dead horse yet...his SC nominee, although considered a moderate by most, even repubs, if he ever gets in, has one aspect about him that is not being mentioned..at all...he is a staunch no guns guy, and that particular firm, unshakable stance, could be monumental when and if it ever comes up.
They'll wait until after the election, and after Pantsuits wins, they'll ratify him, for fear of a Pillory psycho lib type instead.
Obo could bite well after he is gone. It was a brilliant choice politically, imo. Either it illustrates the repub unwillingness to cooperate out of spite, or gets this gun control guy on the court eventually. Not a small thing.
