Eh I'd say Josh Jackson, probably because he's the best prospect and because Giles is a 4 (hello Randle?)
Definitely, starters and 2 way impact guys. Can't really go to Biyombo on the block, but as a screen/roll/cutter he's legit
Only reason Giles isn't #1 right now is because of his knee injury, same thing happened to Randle in high school, lost his #1 ranking over Wiggins and Parker because of injury. Giles is way longer than Randle at 6'11" tall - 7'3" wingspan and the 5 position is pretty much toast as it is ( other than say Boogie, Marc Gasol, and Drummond), Giles can easily run there or F F F G G Just like the all star game now. If healthy he has the mobility you want up front defensivly
Open competition for it, Clarkson said he's fine with coming off the bench tho Hopefully they can bring him back, well, both
You're probably overthinking it Again, 6'11", 230lbs right now, but will probably end up around 240-245 coming in after Duke gets their hands on him. And he's not coming in to guard Shaq or Duncan, the game has moved off the low block, guys are setting screens and rolling much of the time now and it takes mobility. Bet you any amount of money he'll be playing his share of 5 in the league " in name ", it's a new era. He'll walk into the league as a bigger guy than Jordan Hill, bigger than Noel Again, watch closely and you'll see tons of 5 man lineups that are really F-F-F-G-G
According to ESPN’s Ramona Shelburne, Bazemore is among the second-tier players the Lakers have interest in: Lakers priorities in free agency were shooting & rim protection. Among names I’ve heard interest in: Ryan Anderson, Parsons, Batum, Bazemore, Tyler Zeller
Will probably get Pau Gasol to finish his career a Laker. If they go that route we better also go hard after Mike Conley so at least one player on the team defends. And try to get Tayshaun Prince on the cheap as a mentor for Ingram. Would be good for them to scrimmage against each other.
Adrian WojnarowskiVerified account @WojVerticalNBA 7m7 minutes ago Lakers GM Mitch Kupchak reached out on Mozgov at 12:01 AM, league sources tell @TheVertical. Centers could move on the market quickly. I don't hate it, size and mobility
Lakers will easily get more shit thrown at them than Pat Riley will if Whiteside goes to Dallas. Just a part of being the Lakers The Vertical @TheVertical 3m3 minutes ago .@WojVerticalNBA: Bradley Beal, Wizards nearing five-year, $128 million maximum deal Mike BresnahanVerified account @Mike_Bresnahan 13m13 minutes ago Batum is a small forward and the Lakers obviously drafted one in Ingram, but they think Batum can also play shooting guard if need be.
