    --Reduce capacity (Not by putting tarps over seats. Do it professionally)
    --lower certain ticket prices (I would never pay more than 15 bucks to sit in the fucken outer reserve)
    --lower parking price to where the Angels have it
    --Standard Dodger Dog can't be $5.00
    --Gonna have to do away with the Uribes of the world.

    Then the players can see a packed house.

    The Dodgers hold the all time record for attendance and players talk about a "packed house" like it is a rarity. Because it is. Our players must think we are horrible fans. It's not our fault the Red Sox and Phillies play in little league stadiums and 'sell out' all the time.

    No problem leading attendance for many years, it'll get back to that. Your ideas sound like something that would be tossed around in a Padres board meeting.

    Prices wise, yes. I agree. That's a short term thing.

    But for the future....
    It's not a concern about ATTENDANCE. It's about EMPTY SEATS. Some people don't seem to understand the difference. Averaging 47+K is great. That's a sellout everywhere else. The infamous "Packed house" players love so much. But at DS, 47K....players look up at large ponds of empty seats.
