Watermelon watermelon Cadillac car, she ain't as dumb as you think she is... This one too.. haha fuck we were raised to be assholes.. no wonder I'm the way I am...
True...but how much worse than the HR Club of Baez, Cingrani, Watson, Stripling and Stewart can they be??? Damn, even Morrow is getting clipped these days. Avilan and Dayton are not exactly the end all either. This has not been good relief pitching...and the lineup's raking is the saving grace...these games they were inserted into we were ahead, and the other side ran out of innings, so we won. Otherwise, they sucked, let's face it. In Watson's case, we just lost. And when the O is less than the usual juggernaut like last night, we just let them tie it up and go ahead and beat us flat out. Imo, the five inning starters, all year long, have produced this overall recent nosedive in effectiveness. And it's a good thing they can play the DL game now, or it may have had a more realistic result. Maybe too early to actually assign them, due to CK out now, and they are both pitching well, but eventually, they have to become part of the "great experiment", the new narrative. Don't you think?
mom was from japan her parents (my grandparents) owned 5 square miles of farmland which is now artesia blvd in gardena the us govt seized it and locked the family up in manzanar following pearl harbor when they were ultimately released from the camp they did not get their land back no apology, no concessions -- they had to start from square one all over again finally in 1984 (long after my grandparents were gone) the us govt decided to do "reparation" my mother and her siblings were given $125,000 -- the value of the land back in 1941 not exactly fair for what was taken from them -- mostly my mom's age 19, 20 and 21 year's she never talked about it much, only when my brother and i asked her questions one time i remember asking her if she had ever seen anyone killed while in camp... her response, "oh yes" i never asked her anything about manzanar after that as far as you and me... you're a good dude doughty, and you know i like you (no homo) if something truly bothers you, pm me otherwise it's all good bro!
he got up and continued not sure i would have had it in me to do the same i predict he starts in his spot
wasn't sure about hill's toughness before the blister issue made it appear he was soft but last night proved he was anything but dude is a gamer
Hill pitched on short rest in the playoffs last year too. The blister issue just seems like a dumb injury, something they should be able to figure out, but the guy has heart.
My in-laws were interned and lost so many things but luckily they survived and have since thrived. They go on a trip nearly every year to the site but it's certainly understandable why the affected don't want to talk about it. Had an opportunity to go to Manazar for the 50th reunion but blew it. It's good to know the background of us crazy and passionate Dodger fans, thanks for sharing it. Now on to beating these pesky Rule 5 mother fuckers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'd agree if it was just him but blister's have been an interesting phenomenon this year. Several pitchers have complained and have been disabled. Agree 1000% on Hill's toughness that looked painful!!
Dave Roberts was asked why the hell they want to activate Hatcher and he couldn't answer haha I don't think he's happy with it
