Really didn’t like his takes on almost everything, but could not criticize how he articulated his arguments. And he was super intelligent.

We’re losing a lot of needed people right now.

    Made his points with decorum.

Not a good fit in today's climate.

Unless that speed is achieved over a long distance, that type of potential acceleration will kill some people (kids, elderly, etc), unless you are an astronaut or fighter pilot.

What actually happens to kill the young and old? A G- force thing or too much pressure on the heart?

the hyperloop is completely different than the high speed rail but i'm guessing you know that
after riding the HSR in Spain i have to say its pretty incredible
my biggest issue is i have no faith in the politicians of Cali to bring it in anywhere close to budget (already waaaaaaay over)
and the fact that his father and every other politician in the state are flaming hypocrites since the beginning of time
i'd like a reasonable manner of getting around the cities beyond gridlock first
no excuse for that not existing when we had Europe and the east coast as examples
the powers wanted oil, autos and all the spoils so they made us a car culture and stuffed out all versions of mass transit
now the heirs of this same policy want to tax us to death and pretend the HSR is our most important venture
have to be sure it can be done for half of what we are paying by someplace like Korea...who i hope beats Mexico today lol

I will give you one then.
Recreate the Roman aqueduct system to move large amounts of greywater in tunnels that are high up in the sky.
Towers at park-n-rides with stairs or elevators can take you to the top where you get in the tunnel and ride to your destination.
You leave your car at the park-n-ride and take the elevator up the tower where you enter an egg shaped pod that swishes down to key public centers using the power of water pressure.

Or instead of water you can just put those small hyperloops in the aqueducts instead.

It might be a thing to think about in soCal because of how prone to earthquakes the area has been.

150 years old and you still can't handle your liquor?
at least you didn't play the "do you know who i am" card
then again, your 15 minutes expired in the 90's...
so at best you're a jeopardy answer for "who was an 80's coke whore and is now just a haggered irrelevant skank, alex?"
2nd battery offense on a police officer...
hopefully you'll get some county time and then, perhaps, gang ass raped
hey, it'll be just like old times!
    now go fuck off

Actress Heather Locklear arrested AGAIN for attacking officer
by Michael Rothman | Good Morning America — 21 minutes ago

For the second time this year, actress Heather Locklear was arrested for battery on a police officer and emergency personnel.

The Ventura County Sheriff's Office told ABC News that late Sunday night deputies were called to Locklear’s home for a disturbance and realized she was heavily intoxicated upon arrival.

While trying to separate her from the people she was arguing with, the 56-year-old "Melrose Place" actress battered a deputy and was arrested. Later on, a medic trying to help her was kicked in the chest. Neither the deputy nor the medic were injured in the scuffle. Locklear was then booked for misdemeanor battery on the officer and the medic, and is being held on $20,000 bail. Her next court date is Tuesday.

An ABC News request for comment from Locklear's rep was not immediately returned.

Locklear was arrested in a similar situation in February, when she was charged with misdemeanor battery on an officer. She later plead not guilty to these four misdemeanor counts of battery in April, according to the Associated Press.
