Man fuck that ump. I know that the hitters should've done more damage but he completely changed that 9th inning by giving the Cardinals 2 outs. Really frustrating

I don't know if they get more arrogant, but they certainly continue to be arrogant. Still no excuse for our guys getting kicked out.

I felt the same way about the 9th yesterday. It's like the umpires have someplace else to be.

    Agree completely.

Doesn't excuse Grandal swinging through a very hittable fastball for strike 3.

He had an awful two finals game of this series and Seager wasn't much better.

Lance Lynn, Wainwright and Martinez knifed through them
Wish I could say I'm surprised

  7. Can't really say much negative about you guys. You ran into too good pitchers the last two days who happened to be sharp. I feel bad for McCarthy who pitched good enough to win, and really didn't deserve to lose.

Not a great split to say the least!! All right handed pitchers against us in the Brewers series which will help.

I don't want to overreact to Bellinger's first slump at the age of 21, and I know we can't expect everyone to be Seager (who ironically looks like an idiot at the plate right now)...but I don't think I can take another low volume, high strikeout bat. They rave about his ability to make adjustments so hopefully he does. But I don't know what he would adjust to. He just misses pitches right down the middle.

    I'm concerned with him.
