Fall, I myself recognize Joc plays a premium position and have frequently said that in his favor many many times. All the arguments in Joc's favor I have made myself. So when I sarcastically brought up 'premium potion' it wasn't directed at anyone. Im a believer in it so it would make no sense for me to try to call anyone out. I can only guess that's why you responded to me. I don't understand how a guy with such a great eye for the strike zone and raw talent can regularly flail so badly on pitches and spin himself around like a fool. It's confusing to me. That was the point of my post. He has the plate discipline, so the out of control swings and strikeouts shouldn't be so frequent. The bar should be higher. Hopefully by age 26 he will evolve into a better all around hitter. Someone we don't have to put in the bottom of the order because he has a lot of weaknesses pitchers can exploit. I liked it better when he could lead off.
I spoke about Joc playing a premium defensive position earlier today in a discussion that we both were a part of and felt you took a shot. If you did, cool. If you didn't, cool too. Either way, that's too much explaining, we're on to the next page and past it, let it go.
You know Kershaw is having his best season because he usually gets blasted at Chase Field and he didn't this time
Sometimes it looks like the Dodgers legitimately have more fans in the park than the Padres and Dbags on road games
Kenley's blown save changed everything. Still, 6 games is striking distance. If we improve the roster and some of our guys finally come around, it's possible. The Giants though appear to be the better team and destined for the even year BS.
I've watched good amounts of every Brewers-Giants game. The Brewers literally looked like a minor league squad throughout. If they in any way fuck with us I'm going to be genuinely incensed.
