Hard to imagine a pitching staff who has led the league in so many categories would suddenly suck. As a whole, you can attribute this to small sample size/regression to the mean. But when you look at each pitcher on a case-by-case basis, and how each of them are trending, it's concerning for sure. Wood is a shell of his first half self and Darvish has been mostly bad. Mccarthy cannot be trusted. I have faith in Hill, despite his peaks and valleys. The Dodgers beat writer doesn't think Maeda or Ryu are being considered for the postseason roster.
just can't understand why we can't have good asians out of the pen one of them, probably ryu, has to make it nice pitch asshole
Honeycutt was saying how Ryu takes a lot of preparation to get ready for a start and coming out of the bullpen may be unrealistic. He's done it before though so I don't know why it would suddenly be a problem
Honeycutt said Ryu wouldn't work in pen because he takes way too long to warm up before an outing and couldn't handle going back to back days or even 2 in 3 days
