What I think is being missed here is that Hill has been in the 80 - 90 pitch range the previous 2 starts and that was the limit that the hierarchy agreed upon it was just bad timing that he decided to be dominant. So in a roundabout way you can say the FO was involved but only in a sense that they predetermined it together. Of course you can change your strategy based on the status of the game but Hill IMO opinion is the lynch pin of this years success and I'm not risking it remember there is no I in team.
