    That is the one thing Corey absolutely cannot do in that AB, not with SS over 20 pitches and struggling. Strike out FFS and let Kike add another 4-5 pitches to the count. Idiot.

    It will be hard for them to set up a rally so I'd kinda like for them to sell out for a home run. Stras is gonna try to keep his pitch count down and will throw some "dare you to hit it" strikes, go for the home run. Next inning they can focus on patience and pitch count

    The analytical guys hate it and endlessly bitch about it, but it is absolutely a big deal in both dugouts. These are former players that are using the phrase cause they know how important it is to shut down the opposing team after you put a run or two on the board. It's a morale thing.
