    Same here.

My only point was to introduce pot to kettle.

I don't hate the Raiders. Like at all. I would have no reason to.

There's a "rain on everyone else's parade" mentality with some Raider fans in regards to the Rams. To me, it's lame.

The Rams departure was much more personal and the brand didn't stick around much after they left. The Raider contingent stayed strong for a variety of reasons.

But people are stoked to have a team b
    millennials*

    Before @carolinabluedodger corrects my sp.

Maybe this is an around the mlb thread question...but what the hell happened to the Angels? Seems like they had a decade of excellence and fell off the face of the earth after 2009. I hate their fans and owner...so it's cool...but when did it officially go downhill? 2011-12 offseason?

Let's absolutely apply " stop lying " to your response here since competitive isn't what you said last night at all.
If you had led with " they were always competitive in LA " I wouldn't have even laughed at you at all..would've still been wrong, but at least closer to the actual truth.
No, you clearly said " the Rams were always contenders in LA ".
You obviously have a different definition of contender from the rest of the world.
Contenders are teams that have a legit shot at winning a championship.
Not once during the Montana/Young era did the LA Rams have a legit shot at a SB title, not with that Niners' juggernaut in the division and the other monster NFC teams that are some of the greatest teams in the history of the sport blocking them.
They may have played Montana/Young tough in a game here and there, but no..they weren't even the best team in their own division/conference.

Now, the Rams did make the playoffs, but they got their asses handed to them in historical fashion more times than not back then when they did.
I mean they literally took some of the greatest playoff asswhoopins of all time in the 80's at the hands of the Niners/Redskins/Bears/Cowboys AKA historically the class of the NFC along with the Giants and Packers.
And not accepting any Raider fan cop outs either, trying to play the bias card.
You can get personal if you like, but you were the one who said " the Rams were always a contender in LA ", nobody else.
Just own it, the shit was funny.
All you had to say in response was " my bad, I meant they were competitive ", but you went with spin and attempts to play the bias card...weak AF.

I don't know what Max and Marcellus have to do with anything, but yeah, that's where you took it..if I wanted to get personal with you I could easily note that you're like 23 or 24yrs old and ask " what do you know about what the 70's/80's Rams? "
Also, rejecting your " it's only one game " BS because I clearly said that game was disgraceful.
I didn't speak on next week's game, the game after that, or the one after that..I said " that game was disgraceful. "
I actually defended the Rams against ESPN ranking them 28th, so take your own advice and get over yourself.

Mortgaged the future to try and win now with older, declining players on ridiculous contracts and are now paying the price big time.

Max left the Marcellous show awhile ago.
If you are 40 you are a millennial but barely.
In 1976 there started a new baby boom. When i was born there were record births at the hospital.
We are the last of the slackers and the first of the millennials.
If by the year 2000 you are in the 18 to 24 age bracket you are a millennial.
If you are born after that you are a teenager or less right now and you arent millenial.

We could go all day about the end of Al's tenure as boss of the Raiders, but not just because one Rams' fan couldn't handle seeing his team criticized and made fun of after an embarrassing opening game, fuck that sour grapes nonsense. Lol
Not throwing chiefs under the bus, but even a KC fan got one in on the Rams..topic of discussion last night..what are you gonna do?

I think of ''millennials' as people who came into adolescence/early adulthood at the turn of the new century. And below.

Obviously 18-34 is the target demo for most programming.

Love it. A couple of pissed off Brazillians.

He deserves it. As Foghorn Leghorn used to say "That boy is as sharp as a piece of wet leather."

Maybe those Brazillians can go back and be activists to clean those slums up back in Brazil instead of doing something so dumb and a huge waste of time.

    Yeah, it was pretty awesome
But yeah, hopefully Lochte's invested in some security because those guys knew damn well that they weren't gonna be able to get to him..thing is..I'm sure there are other guys out there that want a piece too and they might be savvy enough to wait until he's touchable.

Goff is not the answer, at least not yet. He's kinda slow on the uptake.

Arte got played as ignorant and then was shown to be a fool

He traded away/permitted pitchers to leave thinking that big bats were more important

and then he spent $$$$$$ on druggy Hamilton and then gave him back because he admitted using while injured

lost face, lost chances, lost team

what the heck did he expect?

Oh and then he raised beer prices after lowering them his first year. Premium draft at the stadium is now $14. WTF?? Pound sand Arte.
