dude i was so constipated last night i was talking about metaphorical crap frequently
i get bad obstructions where i cant fart for a few days, takes a lot of work to unplug my drain
so the toxins leaching from my gut get to my brain and i have poop on the mind
and while i get sillier when im all pooped up, i also get a little short fused
not a lot, but since i got shit up to my ears my shit tolerance level is very low before i start seeing shit everywhere

not my issues man, im all about fiber and fruits and veggies, dude i eat entire papayas for breakfast and a pinapple for lunch when im rolling in the cash and can afford it. you preaching to the choir here
and been on the fiber since i was a teen
but that aint it, i got actual knots down there and jacked up pieces of gut that wont let stuff pass through
i also have this problem with borders and joints, they are weak
so where two pieces of something join together the little valves and connective tissues dont work very well
they get weak and inflamed leading to lots of scarring and so these little doorways become narrower
blood dont get down past my pelvis very easily, so my heart ends up working too hard which makes it difficult to sleep from the pounding
lack of fresh blood makes everything constrict even more and work more sluggishly
life is in the blood, if you blood aint feeling great you aint feeling great

when my plasma is low on freshness i resupply by listening or reading about others lives
its like a blood transfusion in a way
because life is in the blood
did you ever have a brother from another mother that you shared your blood with growing up?

you drink the blood of those around you like the soldiers in battle or the athletes in their war games
either way those you bleed with become part of your life
its part of being a team, to share in the blood of those that have fought alongside you

i personally know and like you guys more than BLF, just how things work out... but i dont play favorites when it comes to simple things like getting along

now that you know why im taking it down i will, i didnt want you to take it personally
but you should have deleted it or asked for it to be deleted yourself, specially if you apologized for it
its a shame that this ever happened, and for your own sake i will delete it even if you are still proud of your work
regardless of your attitude, its my job to do what i can to help you from yourself
because the last thing i want is one of you guys landing in jail
