One year anniversary of my mom's death was last sunday.

Crazy how time flies. We went down and the kids let off a ton of butterflies for her.

Still miss her and i realize it's a void that will never be filled and it hurts knowing she will never know my little girl that was born months after she passed, but i'll continue to share with my kids the impact she had on my life and that's all i can do, but it's not the same because she never had a chance to know her. I know because my grandparents on my mom's side were dead before i was born as well, and they are simply pictures and stories, so that hurts a bit, but it's life and life goes on. Wheres Corky? lol

 

All I can add is when it comes to a death, there is no second chance to do the right thing. Always go with your gut and do what's respectful, even if that means remembering the deceased on your own in and in your own way. It cuts both ways; Who can judge a man for mourning and honoring someone he knew in a way he sees fit?

The devil is a good man and maybe somewhere, she knows how he felt about her.

My god, two weeks in my dads smoke shop since he's out of this country and this crazy bitch wants to sue me lmaoooo. So this is what happened. This girl comes in and asks for an American Spirit. We have pretty damn cheap prices ($5.49 + tax). It's $6.10 + tax in 7-11 for example. In our store, we charge an extra 50 cents for credit or debit use. All of my customers find that reasonable because not only do we charge low prices we have to take on a fee for every time a person uses credit or debit. She was like since when do you guys charge? I'm like forever and she damn well knew because with a question like that, it damn well wasn't her first time coming here. Shes like that's fine its even cheaper here woth the credit card fee. Today she comes in and is telling me how it's illegal and to go ahead and charge her but she's gonna need my information so she can report a damn small business like ours. This got me fuming because my dad works here 12 hours a day and we only make a profit from this store of about 3k a month. I'm like you know what m'aam you obliged to it with your signature and let's not call it a credit card charge but me charging you the same price as 7-11. I also gave her 50 cents back from last time and told her not to come here and try to fuck over a small business ever again (our place is not all that noticeable, we've been open for 2 years and people across the street coming in for the first time say they never even noticed it). After telling her I'm npt selling to her, she takes off her glasses and says you're just a kid is this even your store. I'm like yeah, its mine, its my dads, the fuck does that matter, if you're so hell bent on that 50 cent charge (which is still 17 cents less than in a 7-11 for example), pay with cash. I'm like bye bitch. She's like I'm a lawyer and ima make sure this place gets shut down for selling illegal stuff. I started cracking up because she pointed at the torches out of all things and not the fake piss we sell (something one would assume is illegal, but it's really not). I thought to myself, damn she must be a shitty lawyer.

Lmao people like that need to drop dead. Fighting over 50 cents... jesus h. Christ.

 

But I think it was her trying to scare me out of the extra charge since my dad is not here. So glad I didn't sell to her.

 

it used to be that if you charged an extra charge for cards the credit card company would threaten you with removing their services but those days are gone a long time ago. so many of those cc's have higher than a 3% charge to the seller depending and its different for all of them.
i charge $2 on each $50 charged at the spa and a straight 4% for my construction business and no one says a word. its not illegal and is the only way to offset those costs. don't like it? pay me cash then.

 

We charge a $1 extra for each carton of marbloro, so instead of $53 it's $54. I don't know how she had the audacity to complain in a place where it's $6 less on each carton for every stogs.
