What does VRP stand for? I looked it up on Urban Dictionary and I hope that's not what you're referring to... http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=VRP
What am I missing here? Rainout pushed all the starts back a day. So no need for Wieland this week, right?
Not completely sure, but I believe if they started Frias tomorrow it would accomplish what you're saying. Not really sure why they haven't decided yet.
We will need a 5th starter on or before Thursday (because that will be our 5th game in a row). Theoretically, we could throw Greinke, Frias, Anderson this series and use the 5th starter on Thursday vs the Rockies. The Dodgers don't have anyone listed as a probable pitcher after today - so depending on who they call up they might be looking to get Anderson and/or Frias an extra day rest. Am I correct in thinking Wieland can't pitch this series because he just got sent down and needs to wait 10 days to come back up?
since dodgers.com didn't [and still doesn't] have them listed, i just went with the order they last pitched
My guess is they've already decided, but one upcoming pitcher is not on the 25-man roster and they don't want to announce it until they promote him.
Bolsinger is in the clubhouse so yeah he's pitching tomorrow Wonder who goes down for him, depends on if they want a 8 man or 7 man bullpen
Yeah he's easily the weakest link in the bullpen but also a guy they'd need to DFA. Also, Kenley is coming back Saturday so might need to trim 2 bullpen spots
off to play poker i'll be watching the score on my phone predicting joc, turner and zack take this koehler scrub deep always liked dee, hoping the crowd gives him a nice ovation :applause::golfclap:... and then he goes 0-for-12 in the series :wowracist:
If Bolsinger goes tomorrow, we would need another 5th starter on Sunday. Do they keep Bolsinger on the roster for the week and activate Kenley/option Bolsinger on Monday?
