Glad they're sticking with Corey @ #2, actions speak louder than words and he needs to know they're all in and believe. However, maybe he could find more protection in the 3 spot? Would still feel like a featured/franchise player @ 3 Something like Utley/YG/Corey/Adrian/Turner/Puig/HK/Joc I think YG has proven over the last year that if he's healthy he's absolutely one of the 3 or 4 best hitters on the team, shit arguably the best, so maybe there should be a timetable on him batting lower in the lineup. But he does give Puig protection in the bottom half and Puig probably needs it + we'll probably miss him at the bottom half unless they move Turner back behind Adrian as well. I really wish YG could lead off, wonder if Utley could bring some juice to the bottom, would be vet enough to accept the 8 spot and see the upside, could stop having Joc at the very bottom.
Yes Cause to me everyone's a nigga That way it ain't racist Gebbeth, you my nigga Johnny Cueto, fuck dat nigga
Well, can a booger be a nigga too? Can " nigga " get some " motherfucker " type of usage, as in person, place or thing? Or is nigga usage hamstrung? For example, regarding Cueto's booger eating, instead of saying " damn, he just ate that motherfucker! " Can we say " damn, he just ate that nigga! "...? Might have to throw a no homo on the end there tho. You know it's about to get edgy in here when there's a push to use nigga MORE Haha
Still looking to prove that he can hit right handers, so I can understand it Career 256 plate appearances, .243/.286/.377 This year 26 plate appearances, .208/.269/.250 Maybe Kike could do something in Coors against a righty, but maybe Coors would be a launching point for Howie as well with his great career numbers there.
Hopefully. Good problem to have, two quality players competing for the same spot. LF and 2b in particular.
McGee is not a kid, the kid Was Dickerson. McGee gave up a run in his first inning and has been good ever since. Rockies pen has some lefties that could pose problems.
Hope we see this same lineup the next 3 days (maybe switch out Kendrick if he still sucks). 3 straight righties at elevation, then a lefty the first game home. I'll be interested to see how Grandal is handled with the 3 RHP, then a lefty, then Kershaw on the bump. Maybe they will stop being ridiculous and actually play the teams best catcher with it's best pitcher.
