    It seems an undeniable truth that no matter how good we are at any given point it doesn't matter when we play the Cards or Giants...we just revert to a team that rolls over for both of them.

    For anyone born past 88... It has been forever. It's the only thing we know. Not necessarily being serious, but it is conceivable lol.

    Truth is, this is a hybrid rebuild right now. They had opportunities in 2013 and 2014 to win the World Series when they were pretty much the best team in the National League, if not baseball. but they got beat by less talented teams. If they had won at least one of those years would be easier to endure not winning it now.

    It really sucks watching other teams take advantage of their postseason opportunities while we come up short every damn time. Airplane so horribly against the Giants and Cardinals is tough.

    We will be one of the best teams in the National League again this season. I have little doubt. Hopefully things go our way in October.

    and watching young talent get old when it seems like we have what it takes sucks
    like BZ said what is it about the cards, giants et al that we just can't get past?
