i just went to clovis to bring back a friend a few months back and it looked liked crack town to me sure there are good areas
One of the weirdest and best concerts I've been too. Hottest I've ever been in my life, packed into a stadium not equipped for a SOAD crowd. Sweat dripping from the roof, and not a single shirt on any guy/girl in the building. Saw it two days after Roger Waters doing The Wall. Great trip and contrast.
Limp dicked performance. A bit like the F.O's limped dick moves bringing in journeymen instead of the young smoking guns.
clovis used to be extremely racist not sure about now some nice areas in fresno even a good sushi bar there
Truly bizarre. First real look at some runs and this is the guy he bats? What did he say in the post game show, anyone ask him?
Sure there are some crackhead elements (as there are most places), but Clovis has one of best school systems in the state and is considered a good community to raise a family.
Heat and the fog (during wet years) are the least of our problems. Air quality is horrible much of the year, especially during the summer. Really something to consider when contemplating a move to the San Joaquin Valley. And I'd recommend looking into the Clovis area over Fresno because of the schools. If I didn't do what I do for a living I'd get the hell out of this area because of the air. Hard to move pistachio orchards to a coastal climate.
i drove through fresno to get to clovis and all i know is there was only a few places i would have gotten out of the car and i'll pretty much go anywhere just dirty and dangerous w all different colors of tattooed crackhead trash clovis was cleaner for sure and i ate lunch at a buffalo wild wings and got out of town people in the restaurant were from every background and seemed normal enough
