Ethier shouldn’t be there. Absolute relic of failed postseason missions of past. Going to be a bust in the OF with Joc and him. Still, fuck Granderson.
I didn't know it was a thing NOT to do the prompts. Living in CO most of my life, they do it from the second a game starts until it is over. The only place around here that doesn't do it that I can think of is for the Buffs games, but that is only due to the fact that you have college kids and they never shut the fuck up.
Looking at the numbers for our starters vs Hendricks tonight Turner 2-12, 1 HR, 2 BB, 2K's Puig 1-4, 1 K Ethier 1-3 Utley 1-8, 2 K's Pederson 0-8, 1 BB, 4 K's YEEEESH
Yeah I think Logan is hitting well enough and plays superior defense so he could've stayed in there. Joc is horrible but hopefully he can make an impact on 1 swing for us
yeah but i don't think we faced him this year he's still good, no doubt but this isn't the same team he faced either i like the addition of dre but i probably would have thrown out the same lineup and kept taylor in the outfield that said, everything doc has done so far has worked out well so...
Yeah, I am really confused on the Joc move. He has not only been a mess this season, but Hendricks has eaten him up in the few times they have faced each other. I just hope nothing happens on the defensive side where we all are shaking our heads about why player X was not in there. Taylor has played such little SS this season that it seems in games that he's good for making 2 good plays, 1 incredible play and 2 where you go "WTF, dude!?"
If they lay off on everything that starts at the knees, you'd think they'd be able to get to Hendricks. Easier said than done of course.
Hendricks seems like a horrible matchup for Joc (then again these days, who isn't). Impatient hitter against a pitcher who carves those types up. Hoping he'll run into one.
Like the organ, too. But it's a little overdone. Make some noise and everybody clap your hands need to go away and fast.
Well seems like Joc is the only one having trouble making contact (what a surprise) but nonetheless Yu better keep the ball down.
