Happy Mother's Day to her, too...I wish I could honestly say to her "don't worry, things will turn around and get better". But methinks she is too smart for that.
What are they doing, waiting for Turner to win 20 straight for them? If so, that's on Dave. It's like they're all still trying to hit 10 run home runs down 5-0 in a game 7 ....... and we all know how TF that turned out.....
Just wouldn't want her to get the wrong mpression about Jersey people. What with all the murderers and all...
Blanked by Harvey Lol Roberts running out of time Meanwhile, Kapler has the Phillies playing winning ball
Puig is either still hurt or totally mind fucked (probably both). His act is tired. Bellinger's body language is horrible. Looks like he wants to cry after his all too frequent Ks. The doughboy in CF has one HR. Last year's revelations, Barnes and Taylor seem to lock up with two strikes.
even w the injuries someone is going to take a fall if this continues i doubt the FO will fire itself and ownership certainly constrained them i'm ambivalent about dave since he was badly out managed in the WS i honestly don't think he's a very savvy guy tbh still whats he going to do w depth like muncy, farmar and that shit bp they tossed together?
The blame game is done to death They can all have a slice of this shit pie What I'm saying when I say he's running out of time is that managers - of his ilk - that are in the final year of their contract, that are managing struggling teams with big expectations, generally get canned at some point Just sayin
roberts looked good when he had a hot/talented team but not so much this year (without) like diablo said, not entirely on him since the front office didn't act still, what has he done to motivate/inspire his team to play their best/above their heads? doubt he gets fired because he's exactly what the nerds want... an inexperienced manager who's happy just to be employed jump? how high?
When I look at Dave I see a guy who has no clue at all what to do. The difference between a team full of career peaks and one of career lows ( very possibly) is, uh...night and day...opposite ends of the spectrum. ( heh heh, I said spectrum): he looks as nervous as a whore in church. The whole thing reminds me of fat Hilary...brimming with overconfident insolence, before the WS, and after - going into 2018- when in reality, a pathetic loser with a loser organization behind her. ...and with the cold and solemn proposition of fading into the mist of relative obscurity staring them square in the face, while everyone else has gained on them in all aspects of the game. Good thing it's just baseball, eh?
