agree with dodgerlove/diablo roberts tried to play disciplinarian, and cody just called his bluff if roberts has any sack, he should bench the kid indefinitely, suspend him and/or send him down don't care that the kid is the reigning rookie of the year, he's being a disruptive force (possibly) detrimental to the entire teambkitch... the manager needs to be the unquestioned leader, beyond reproach from any player(s) and ownership needs to back him whether roberts is right or wrong (and i am not a roberts fan), you cannot allow a player -- least of all an entitled young punk -- to be above the law

maybe dave lost control of the team and took it out on bellinger to send a message to the rest of the team. maybe bellinger is in control and is sending a message for the team who is tired of Dave's antics.
