I appreciate it, when the day come closer I will absolutely take you up on the offer. Ohio has been in my head but I expect to wind up somewhere in the mid-west. Of course the property buying will not quit after I get my personal house, that is just when I will use FHA for the last time. - 2023: 4 units - 2024: 3 units - 2025: 2 units - 2026: house I like the idea of being in the central time zone so I can start my trading at 7:20, rather than 5:20 lol, but I'll go anywhere I believe is the best opportunity.

great plan mate just a couple of things would concern me w what i saw this last year one is how ready the government was to tell people they don't have to pay rent sure people are supposedly getting made whole but that scared the shit out of me and i was lucky the people i rent a condo to kept current the other thing is just renting to people in general my gf is renting in sfv in an apartment and every time a unit has become available in the last year low income, low class people have moved in it was a great place w 3 jacuzzis and lush grounds where people respected each other now its loud and dirty and forget going to the pool or jacuzzi because they're always occupied the manager told me its all government selected families that they subsidize and prioritize moving to the suburbs they dgaf about anyones property but there's no way anyone who rents can say no without being fined and going to jail my renters just left to go back to Korea so the gf moves in and no way i would have listed my place just a heads up that the rental dynamic has completely changed at least in lovely CA but property is absolutely the best thing the common guys like us can do and congrats on your trading success would love to hear more specific details on successes and thoughts
