nats currently have a 1 game lead they play 3 against the dbags and 3 against the marlins we play 3 against the padres and 3 against the giants we won the season series against them so we just need to win 1 more game than them over the next 6 days some have suggested it might be better to have us open on the road with kersh/hill and that might very well be true thoughts
i think that's extremely important if we get home field, great if not, let's take their asses down in dc
Yeah, ColKid laid out a good argument why we might be better off without it. At the end of the day, if it goes to a Game 5, we want it in LA. So like others, I say HFA is preferred but not a huge preference.
Postseason tix for any interested: http://m.mlb.com/la/tickets/info/po...=10155329468023508&adbpl=fb&adbpr=45084588507
Nats with 4 runs now lead 4 - 2 on 2 hits. Home field would be a luxury but not a necessity. Caveat: IF the Nats go with Gio behind Max then having HF would be optimal because we hit lefties much better here than on the road.
Yea, you can. The reserve and top deck are the only two areas that can't migrate around the park. Field, Loge and Pavilions can roam.
If Urias really is going Game 4, it's probably best that he throw it at home... Maeda as well. So I'm kind of indifferent as well on the whole thing at this point. Like it's been said, if they're going to win this thing, they're gonna have to do it by winning on the road anyway. If they can't win at the walking wounded Nats, they wouldn't have a prayer up against the Cubs.
its arguable either way home field means we come back home if it goes five games but i like our odds with kersh starting game five home or away and home field didn't help us last year against the mets not sure why, but i think the nats might be our toughest test the cubs are obviously much better than the nats but with all the hype comes pressure, and they might get down if we take game/series leads idk
I still remember Loney's HR. Before the HR Wrigley was so loud you could feel the energy 2000 miles away. After the HR you could hear a pin drop. The series was over at that moment, I almost felt bad for them. Almost.
