Don't know if you guy are watching the latest 'True Detective ', but last night's episode had a n exceptionally acted last scene. I mean, impressive.
    M. Ali gets all the praise, as well he should, but Stephen Dorff is just as brilliant.
    Just great acting.

this was my favorite part of the super bowl
he's not brilliant like Dali or as strange as Kaufmann but certainly has to be in there somewhere
this is an extended version of that commercial and any purveyor of this kind of curiousity needs to watch to the end
he goes from uncomfortable to disinterested to ultimately revolted at eating a fucking hamburger!

Yes, indeed he's in there, somewhere...like him or not, Andy was a foundation in illustrating of the zeitgeist of the times. Had major effects on music, film, art sexuality and on and on...guys like Bowie and Prince amongst his devotees.
Arguably, the most famous person of Slovakian ancestry ever...then came Melania.

    That's it, Finski..
Thanks. Anyway the Green Book is a damn good traditional type film with superb players.
I realize how much I miss that type of film after seeing it...
Marilyn was a cutie though, wasn't she? Great uh...face.

    :)

The film's editor is up for an Oscar. He graduated from my high school, where I also teach, and he came by here last week. Very cool guy. I never met him as we were not on campus at the same time, but he is planning to work with students here to develop their filmmaking skills.

The film has elements and similarities of other films, I'm sure you'll recognize on watching it.
But the unique characterization of the leads makes it new and fresh.
