    One of the problems is our 3 best all-around hitters coming into the season were supposed to be Corey Seager, Justin Turner, and Cody Bellinger. Two of which hit for a high average, high on base, and got a lot of XBH. Bellinger wasn't far off in any of those departments. Well... All of them have either been injured or completely ineffective. So that creates a situation where our marginal guys like Chris Taylor taking the slightest step back (well, on pace for half his '17 WAR) makes a huge difference. When house money guys like Muncy and Kemp shit the bed, there's no safety net. It's very difficult to start rallies and drive runners in. I'm sure it is probably a league-wide issue (aside from Houston and Boston probsbly) and we are up towards the top of the NL in run differential, but I think the playoffs will be a completely different animal. I'm scared.

    Obviously EXTREMELY annoyed about this offense being so inept but what a great sign that Walker Buehler had this start!!!!! IF he can have a similar starts going forward what a weapon. Now the obvious the Brewers are just better right now, we are shit !!!!!!!!!!!!

    I just hung out with Matt Kemp for a minute and asked him if he'd hit one out tonight. I told him someone I know is holed up in a basement and cant come out until he does. He laughed and asked if I was sure I wanted him out?

    I'd really like to see our mid-season acquisitions really grind and contribute to something special this time. Seeing Reddick diss us and then win a WS against us still sticks in my craw.

    I hope to the Baseball Diety above that you don't put MM and Dosier in a combined 0-100 slump.

    I'll get a bucket of KFC to sacrifice for you so that MM, Dosier, JT, Kemp, Joc, Puig.....hell Belli, CT, Barnes and Kike all go off and score runs all over the place.

    As for the pitching......ehhh.....not asking for too much.
