So is there a consensus on who's fault that was, or was it just one of those game things and no one's fault?

I have to say that since Joc almost plowed into Cody a few innings before, I'm leaning toward Joc as the culprit.

 

Still don't know whose fault that was, but that collision was years in the making
Joc and Puig have had plenty of close calls, some where Joc was clearly calling Puig off and cabbage head Puig came barrelling in nonetheless
One earlier this season, as a matter of fact where Joc was clearly pissed @ Puig
Puig almost killed Toles last year too, damn near splat on the wall
If you've never thought to yourself that " damn, one day Puig is gonna hurt somebody out there ", I don't know you watcha been watchin
Basically when dual airheads collide because Joc is spacy as well
Wasn't shocked at all, just basically like..welp, there it is
But yeah, all Chris Taylor can do tonight..and both Joc and Toles will probably attest..is say his prayers and eat his vitamins
Glad Puig held on to the ball tho..no matter whose fault it was, thumbs up there, out recorded, game eventually won

 

I feel that both incidents were not anyone's fault. Those were tough balls and took good plays by Puig and Bellinger to make the play. Just chalk it up to rare instances where two tough balls happened in the same game.

 

Hill has no touch to his pitches...or command of his curve at all.
