5 hits to 3 and down 5-1?
How much better off would we be with Lux and Smith as opposed to Hernandez and Barnes?
Worse, the same, or better?
The whole lineup is struggling except Corey and Muncy. It happens. Long season. But damn does it suck.
Wtf was up with Kelly in the 8th last night? LOL
EDIT OMFG I HATE EVERYTHING
Why the fuck is Kikè playing 1B?
Taylor, Hernandez, and Barnes especially vs RHP is fucking garbage.
Why hasn’t Freese been starting vs RHP? Wtf lol
Whose idea was it to put that horseshit back to back to back in the lineup? so trash
Freese has been dealing w tendinitis
CT and barnes really don't deserve to be w the major league club
Garlick, Beatty and Smith are all better choices
ah but they are flexible like a gay hooker in a pride parade
Seager gonna miss a month now. And then take a month to get back to hitting. Fuck my life bro.
When will Taylor, Hernandez, and Barnes get hurt instead?
Calm down man, We're gonna get a month of Chris Taylor and Kiké playing every day...
oh shit nevermind, that ain't gonna cheer you up
only thing i care about is Seager
Early results are they think it is grade 2 or worse. So he's out at least 6 weeks, maybe more. fuck this shit
"Grade 2-PLUS" according to Dave.
Corey Seager is of no use for this organization anymore. He simply cannot stay on the field. This will be a tragic 'what could have been' career.
Hip, elbow, and hamstring all may require surgery by age 25-26?
Charlie Culberson and Manny Machado were playing SS the two times we won the pennant. If we are fortunate to make it there again, it will be another scrub. Corey will be in North Carolina rotting away.
His days of being a 6-8 win potential SS are over. He is going to be a 1Bman who plays 90 games a year.
Players, fans and media all openly started talking about how, "this feels like the 2017 team."
The only similarity between these two teams is that neither of them will have won the WS and Corey will be MIA most of the time.
I'm at a loss.
Was thankful that I could not watch tonight and fully expected a loss, but of course it gets worse.
A.J Pollock says hold my beer.
Shit. Looks like Seager may be the Dodgers' Andrew Bynum. Except of course, Bynum won 2 championships..and obviously, it's hard to fathom the Dodgers ever winning it all 30 years into this drought.
Never expect a guy that's so young to be so brittle. A whole lot of Ripken comparisons when Seager 1st came up..we wish. Guess that's why the baseball gods are sending us Gavin Lux.
CT in high leverage situations has a .321 avg, .355 OBP, .500 slugging. In all other situations he's been garbage, Barnes has been bad Smith was pretty good when he came up so it's tough not to argue with you on him.
With Corey out I say have Barnes play 2nd and bring Will Smith back up. So what is it 4 - 6 or 6 - 8 weeks??? 96 games to go which will be plenty of time for Corey to come back wither way. As for his injury history as of late I'm not ready at all to say he'll be like this the rest of his career because he has so much of his career ahead. Plus this is a strain muscle nothing overly serious. So what's with all the gloom and doom over a series against a team who plays very well against us???? We won't face them in the foreseeable future when it really really counts and we are a .500 road team so to me not unexpected. Lets get those fucking Cubs!!!!
Or.... he goes to in n out twice a week while he recovers and comes back better and stronger boned than ever.
