I just saw that the play with Baez where he avoided Freese's tag... Baez jumped about three feet to the left of the baseline to avoid that tag. Shouldn't he have been out?

Hopefully, May will bring May, at least for a few of Maeda's turns.
I realize at times he has kept us in games, etc., But if this is what he got for the better teams, making glaring mistakes as an experienced pitcher like he did last night, this year may be quite different at the end of regular season than what we've grown used to.
I say use MiL talent as soon asap, in and out, up and down, and use Maeda as a spot starter here and there. For his spots in the rotation.
It's really tough to win a game when you're down 6-0 in the second. And the previous walk over teams in he NLW are getting their shit together, if we look a little harder.
We did great in Milwaukee, needed super heroics to do so mind you, and with no Maeda touching a baseball.
I guess I'm extra hard on the dude, but always given him credit when he came through. But with a limited arsenal
as he goes out there with more and more, it's all on the offense.
And as FSU dog posted, sometimes the other team pitches really well.

Watching a bit of the CO/ Nats game...
I'm telling you, these mofos look nasty.
    Oh yes.
    Nasty.
Everybody squares it up. Not looking forward to facing them while in this mode.
Especially not Kershaw or Hill or Buehler or Ryu or Maeda.
    Definitely not Maeda.

    maeda is an idiot
not the first time he’s inexplicably thrown a fat pitch with an 0-2 count
there’s a reason they used fine pitchers for that kind of clueless shit
too bad urias is on an innings limit
hoping may and/or gonsolin are ready later this year
    maeda is shit

What a disaster signing AJ Pollock was. 5 years. Unreal. Front Office should just stop trying to sign free agents at this point. Pathetic.

Ground ball to SS over and over again.

Pollock hitting ahead of Bellinger is a fucking brilliant idea. Not.

Buehler looks frighteningly hittable to me.
I like when we score 7/8 runs.
    I want that.
    I'd better get it, too.
