Dave and the F.O. will roll this idiot out there every night no matter what.
I can't stand Austin Barnes. So weak. It's like watching a little leaguer trying to hit Sandy Koufax and praying for a walk.
Overpowered by every pitcher in the league
Criminal how catchers are allowed to blatantly "frame" a pitch by moving their glove 6 inches.
Dumbass umps fall for it
letting Taylor hit for Verdugo when you have the pitcher hitting 3rd, and Joc hitting 4th is extremely weird to say the least. Save taylor for the pitchers spot or for Joc, not for Verdugo who can hit lefties
Wait, is Pollock hurt?
weird but wtv loss. S
Joc is about the only player on the team who cannot hit lefties AT ALL.
Yet, you routinely PH for Max and Verdugo.
I don't know how you defend hitting Taylor for Verdugo. Completely fucking dumb. Verdugo crushed lefties in the minors, he's 4/11 this year, give him the god damn opportunity it isn't that fucking hard.
Dogs everywhere demand apology.
i thought you weren't watching you fucking cocksucker
We lost this game but its weird how many games we have won so far.
Other than Bellinger being a better Mickey Mantle than Mike Trout this past month there haven't been many other Dodger standouts so far.
Lots of issues with the pitching staff and the relievers.
The money players are not finding their power strokes and gravity is cementing into the platoons.
Yet the team still winning at a pretty good clip.
I think its because we finally have a good lineup vs lefties and the righty specialists are doing their job.
Pollock is now officially not a starter as Verdugo has won the job at CF... hopefully even with his blunder.
Which means Pollock is now a platoon player where his stats vs lefties are extremely good.
Thats 4 guys secure of their full time jobs I think going forward since they have shown the ability to hit well against both types of pitching.
C : Smith/Martin/Barnes
Muncy, Kike, Verdugo and Pollock are 4 good bats vs left handers and have upgraded the offense.
The youth movement should continue on with Will Smith and Gavin Lux since we didn't get to roll the dice on big FA.
Barnes and Smith's ability in the field makes it for a pretty complete that leaves out Taylor as the emergency guy that gets called up when someone gets injured.
Smith and Lux coming in and playing well right away even against righties only makes the offense a juggernaut waiting for Seager and Turner to power it up.
I'm not. But was I wrong?
At least there is some good news tonight.
Pollock has an infection in his elbow and will likely land on the DL. Hoping this ends up being a season ending deal, allowing Cody to take CF permanently and opening up RF for Verdugo.
Who am I kidding? Taylor will be the new CFer.
If we can get Kelly injured for the rest of the season too that would be ideal.
Hate to wish injury (not really) but unfortunately that is the only way to keep these overpriced, unnecessary signings off the field until they're inevitably traded to Cincinatti.
San Francisco cocksuckers.
Wu and Zoo say.
Maybe cocksuckers sweep.
Then, we weep.
Feed Robots to pigs.
No belong in Bigs.
Always make stupid plan.
Not good for LA.fan.
Him dumbest motherfucker.
San Francisco cocksucker.
The answer is yes. Always.
Some tried to argue that his lengthy injury history is a fluke. Well, buckle up for the flukey ride, fellas. We're off to see the wizard
Mister Wu approve ...
What bugs me about last night's loss is that we let 4 guys get the 3 runs to beat us, none of whom are hitting over .250. Gnats are a shitty team - that's how an injury-ravished Yankees squad was able to sweep them - and we can't score more than two runs? I like Strip, but he was beyond pathetic yesterday.
pollock injured? wow, who saw that coming?
The Good Fairy?
