He's a meh announcer, imo. His resume is impressive for someone of his age and I'm stoked for him. He sneaks some good calls in there and will likely improve. But he's a generic voice with a rhythmic, repetitive sound. He has nothing interesting to say, and following up Vin makes it even worse. Hershiser is just awful. Wood is a #2 potential starter pitching like a #4 at best. Maeda is a #4 potential starter pitching like a #8.
