4 games series, everyone stay healthy, get some bats going...
seager, bellinger, turner, pollock and taylor with some good numbers vs freeland...
a shame Pollock probably won’t play, and I don’t think he should play in that big outfield with a hurt hamstring
would love to see Bellinger continue with some good at bats and see Enrique hit well against a lefty
I get wanting the L/R thing and Muncy had a XBH yesterday, and I’d hope Colorado gets him going BUT.... man, him hitting 4th is rough based off his season
It’s maybe nitpicking but I’d go:
Smith 4th, then Cody, then Taylor then Muncy then Enrique/Edwin
They need to start finding AB's for Rios. If Joc and Lux are of no help and Taylor is capable, gonna need to consider rolling out
I trust Taylor in the playoffs, the dude’s a gamer and is the kind of guy who can affect the game even if his bat isn’t hot
he's become one of the most reliable players on the team especially in a high leverage stress situation
shame he's white and rat faced
one of the best plays of this era
i remember having that feeling of oh shit we're fucked to sheer elation
the game was on the line right there as well
given the moment/circumstances, one of the greatest defensive plays i've ever seen
We should have an opener for Urias
an eye opener?
Cruel, but funny.
Wack. He could have easily gone 7
Still say the Jeter play when he ran across the diamond and backflipped the ball to catcher to nail Giambi. That one still blows my mind. Full instincts. No business being there.
I’m not a huge hater of Dave, but his coddling of the young starters, especially Urias is annoying. Dude was coasting before that hit.
Plus, we have a god damn bullpen game tomorrow.
I have a feeling we’re gonna feel the effects of this shit come playoffs when the bullpen is tired.
