    I hear Eugenio Velez is taking Ned to court. He felt he was discriminated by being paid such an unlivable salary compared to unproven rookies.

    surprised he didn't re-sign with the giants in july, hit .330 in aug/sept, and .750 in the postseason with 6 knocks
